BILLING · CLIENT MARGIN · RATE MANAGEMENT
A storage fee nobody added. A surcharge that outran the client's rate. Real work your floor did that never made it onto a bill. Every line gets priced to the right client's rate card, so what you send is what you actually earned.
WHO IT'S FOR
You ship for a dozen brands, or fifty. The floor runs on real software. Billing still runs on spreadsheets and memory.
You can see every order that left today. You can't see which account actually made you money this month until someone sits down and does the math.
Rates change, surcharges climb, client terms shift. Keeping every rate card current by hand is a game you lose a few cents at a time.
THE GAP
The software running your floor was built to answer one question: did the right box get to the right place. It's good at that. It was never built to answer the one you actually lose sleep over — did that work make money, for this client, this month.
So that number gets assembled by hand, after the fact, from systems that were never meant to talk to each other. By the time it's added up, the leak has already repeated itself a thousand times. Each order too small to notice on its own.
That's the gap. The floor moves boxes. It doesn't tell you what you earned. This is the other half of the business.
THE PLATFORM
What you charge each client, what every account actually earns, and everything between: the money side of your operation, gathered into one hub.
Per-client rate cards and tiered schedules live in one place. Change a rate and it propagates everywhere it's used — no spreadsheet left out of date.
Receiving, storage, pick, pack, handling, work orders. If the work happened on the floor, it lands on the invoice — not on the floor of the invoice.
What the carrier charged, set against what you billed the client. Margin on every shipment, so a rate that stopped covering its cost shows up early.
Profit by account, month to date, money at risk surfaced as the month runs — not discovered in the fourth quarter when it's already spent.
HOW IT CONNECTS
No rip-and-replace, no new system for the floor to learn. It connects to the software already running receiving, storage, and shipping, and to the carrier accounts you already hold, pulls the activity automatically, and turns it into a bill.
It reads the activity your existing system already tracks. Nobody on the floor changes how they work.
UPS, FedEx, and the rest link in through the same secure connection flow. Cost and service data flow in on their own.
No migration project, no new system for the floor to learn. It sits alongside what's already running and turns the activity into a bill.
SEE THE PRODUCT
Client & rate management. Per-client rate cards and tiered schedules. Edit a rate and every invoice that uses it stays current.
Fulfillment billing. Receiving, storage, pick, pack, handling, work orders — every line the floor worked, priced and captured.
Carrier billing. What the carrier charged set against what you billed — so a surcharge that quietly ate the margin doesn't stay hidden.
Margin & profitability. Profit by client, month to date. The account that looks like your best can be your thinnest — now you can tell.
Invoicing. Client bills drafted from the activity you already captured. Review, approve, and send — no rebuilding the numbers by hand.
The dashboard. The one screen your floor software never had: billed, cost, and margin per client, updated as the month runs.
ALSO INCLUDED
Billing is the point. But the platform is already reading every shipment and every carrier charge — so it catches the money the carrier owes back, without you filing for it by hand.
Late deliveries that broke a service guarantee get flagged with the evidence to claim them back.
Billed charges checked against your contract, so an accessorial that shouldn't have applied doesn't quietly slip past.
Repeat overspend surfaced as a fixable pattern, not a one-off refund — the leak stops instead of coming back next month.
HOW IT WORKS
PRICING
Start with a walkthrough of how you bill today — your clients, their rate cards, and what your floor and carriers already track. We scope the platform around your accounts, not a seat count you have to guess at.
SECURITY MODEL
Client rate cards, billing records, and margin numbers are some of the most sensitive data you hold. The platform is built so every change is server-gated, every workspace is scoped to one account, and no connection secret ever touches a browser.
Every workspace is isolated by tenant-scoped access checks. The Worker verifies that a signed-in user belongs to the active account before any client, rate card, invoice, or billing record can be read or changed.
All writes — rate-card changes, billing runs, invoice approvals — run through a Cloudflare Worker. The Worker enforces tenant scope and role checks before any database write. Cloudflare's WAF and 300 Tbps DDoS mitigation sit in front of every request, with API Shield rate-limiting the billing endpoints.
The credentials that connect your systems and carrier accounts are configured through Cloudflare Worker secret bindings, encrypted at rest, and never shipped in source, Workers KV, browser code, logs, exports, or dashboards. Runtime code reads only the bound secret names it needs.
Each line on an invoice is logged with the rate-card version, the activity it came from, and the timestamp that produced it. Pricing comes straight from the client's rate card, so every number on a bill can be reconstructed and explained. Full billing detail exports for client review.
This platform prices, bills, and reports on the fulfillment and shipping work you already do for your clients. You remain responsible for your client contracts, rate agreements, and final approval of every invoice. Figures and dashboards shown on this page are illustrative.

Parcel connections
One guided setup for parcel API access. Pick the carrier, record approval, then add API details.
Parcel starts with customer-approved account access. LateMate stores masked account metadata, then uses carrier API credentials for tracking, delivery evidence, and rate checks.
LTL carrier connections
One guided packet for any LTL carrier. Pick the carrier, upload freight documents, then record approval details.
LTL starts with documents and customer approval. API, EDI, portal, pickup, BOL, and label actions stay behind review.
Step 2
Enter the account reference and customer approval note. Never enter carrier passwords, email codes, MFA codes, or security answers.
API setup
Save a carrier account first, then add the client API credentials used for tracking and rate verification.
Choose or save a carrier account to configure API credentials.
